Service Pack 4 is a cumulative update of all fixes and enhancements from Service Packs 1, 2 and 3, as well as additional fixes and enhancements. You must install Service Pack 4 before installing any subsequent SAS 9.1.3 hot fixes.

Two options are available. Option 1 should be selected only if you rely on Mid-Tier or JAVA components. Otherwise, the option 2 download should be sufficient.
